At assist-Mi we look at the problems surrounding inclusive customer service from the perspective of both the customer and the service provider and, working with both parties, look to provide the solutions, whether that’s consultancy for a business on how best to facilitate older and disabled customers or the development of new technologies to empower disabled users to maximise their independence while on the move.
